Valcom Hosting — Terms & Conditions
1. Services
Valcom Hosting ("we", "us") provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services as described on our website. We operate as a reseller; underlying infrastructure is provided by our upstream hosting partners. Service features, storage limits, and plan details are as listed on the plan you purchase.
2. Orders, Payment & Billing
• All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Hosting plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Domain registrations are billed annually in advance.
• Payment is due on the invoice due date. If payment is not received, we may suspend services after reasonable notice, and eventually terminate them.
• You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file and for all charges incurred on your account.
3. Renewals
• Hosting subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• Domain names renew automatically each year until cancelled. It is your responsibility to ensure domains you wish to keep are renewed; we are not liable for domains lost due to non-payment or expired contact details.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
• You may cancel hosting at any time from your client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• Domain registrations are non-refundable once the registration is processed with the registry.
• Except where required by law, hosting fees already paid are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for: spam, phishing, or any unlawful activity; hosting malware or attempting to breach the security of our or others' systems; consuming excessive shared resources in a way that degrades service for others; or any activity that violates US law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice for serious abuse.
6. Backups
We maintain infrastructure-level backups, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups of your website files, databases, and email. We are not liable for data loss.
7. Support
Support is provided via our ticketing system for hosting-related issues (server, control panel, email delivery as it relates to our servers). We do not provide web design, development, or third-party software debugging as part of standard support.
8. Uptime & Liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Contact
